Rozpustnosť je dobrá. Čo sa týka príchutí tak mám vyskúšané len broskyňu a citrónovú limonádu. Broskyňa bola chutná no tá citrónová limonáda mi prišla ako veľmi sladká a umelá. Obsah Amino a BCAA je dostačujúci. Prípravok používam hlavne počas tréningu a aj netreningovy dní
