I have this protein with me in line for the ixth time, I don't know better in taste, I use it in the morning with oats with white yogurt and then before training, I still haven't tired of it. Two years in a row and he still hasn't gotten tired of it, i.e. already a record. It's even the first protein that my wife finally likes and that means what can I say, but I understand it, all the previous ones always had more or less, but still this unpleasant chemical taste, some are downright disgusting, as if I had swallowed a chemical table, artificial cravings, I'm sensitive to it and dropped them right away. There is something completely different to know here. Otherwise, we know what it's like with the effect :-) but yes, it works, after training the muscles are not nearly as wrung out, just naturally tired, and this protein also decently suppresses hunger and especially cravings, which always occur some time after training, i.e. the first gluttony banished :-) I'm already older, in my fifties, so I need to somehow stimulate my body, give it even more of what the body needs. I would be very happy if this protein would last "forever" because nowadays not much gets better, how many times the would-be innovations are for the worse, of course this is not always the case. Even the declared composition is fine. Summary: protein for me and for me!

Very good solubility whether in milk or water, the taste is pleasant and for me also a very nice composition and considering that it is CFM, the price with the discount was also nice. I will definitely try other flavors.

The taste is good, although personally I would prefer a less sweet one, the consistency is fine, the packaging is more convenient than a bag. Overall satisfaction.
