Začal som cvičiť po dlhej dobe takže neviem posúdiť ako veľmi môže práve tento proteín za nárast svalovej hmoty ale faktom je že jej pribudlo. Chuť je dobrá, ale nemám zatiaľ s čím porovnať. Rozpustnosť je dobrá, avšak treba použiť shaker. Viac mi chutí s mliekom ako s vodou. Pomer cena/chuť/hmotnosť je veľmi dobrá.
