Bez žiadneho účinku. Dávkovanie podľa návodu a po 2 tréningoch, zvyšenie dávky, ale taktiež bez účinku. Predtréningovky som v minulosti používal úplne minimálne a sporadicky. Dobre účinky som cítil po použití polovičnej dávky N1 (Nutrend) alebo Agrezz (Extrifit).
