Je to proste Glutamín, nedá sa hodnotiť, lebo nemá žiadny pozorovateľný efekt po konzumácii. Používam spolu so srvátkovým proteínom a voľnými aminokyselinami na lepšiu regeneráciu po cyklistike, resp. silového tréningu.
