Mam pocit ze po začatí užívaní toho proteínu mam zo seba lepší pocit.. Aj čo sa týka výzoru a aj sily.. Ale príchuť mi veľmi nechuti.. Osobne nemám rád keď sa kombinujú chute.. Bud banán alebo jahoda.. Nie dokopy... Inak odporúčam.
