Produkt výborný len troška nedomyslená odmerka a dávkovanie. Balenie obsahuje 25g odmerku s troma ciachmi (štyri dieliky) v návode je dávkovanie 10g normálne a 20g pri športe, takže dávkujem od oka. Ale účinok lepší ako arthroguard a to som aj zintenzívnil cvičenie.
