Due to the wide spectrum, the absorption of all vitamins will not be complete, but the composition and reviews look good in relation to the price. I would also appreciate a version without probiotics, since I use them separately, but it's not a problem. Maybe from the beginning, it may seem to have an effect on the stomach, but otherwise it does not cause bloating or difficulties. I took 2 a day during the illness, I can't measure the effect exactly, maybe it accelerates the immune response, etc. I am ordering another package.
