Konzistencia je dobre rozpustná a chuť je primeraná, ani príliš sladká ani bez chuti. Progres je samozrejme vidieť, ak pristúpite k proteinu ako doplnku k strave a cvičeniu, nie ako ku základu naberania svalov. :)
