Prvú dávku som zobral podľa návodu, no nebolo to ono. Pri druhej dávke som pridal ešte dávku kreatínu a už to bolo lepšie. Pri treťom dávkovaní som ešte pridal 1 tb AAKG a super. Už pri cvičení na prsia na začiatku sa napumpovali aj bicepsy. Čiže, tento produkt má málo kreatínu a arginínu a traba to zvýšiť. Odteraz to budem takto dávkovať a bude to OK.
