I can confirm the effectiveness of the product only in combination with isoprotein, creatine and glutamine, as I have never used it alone. I can say that I am satisfied with the results in terms of muscle volume without gaining fat and sufficient regeneration. In terms of taste, BCAA is tasteless and the tablet form is practical. I recommend the product in the mentioned combination, it works for me.
