ALLNUTRITION CLA Forte contains conjugated linoleic acid, also called omega 6, in capsule form. These are similar to those found in sunflowers and contain approximately 40% oil. Safflower has an extremely high content of linoleic acid (omega 6 unsaturated fatty acids), vitamins A, E, K and sterols.
