Directions of use

In a mug, mix 45 g (1 sachet) with 60 ml skimmed milk until smooth. Cook in a microwave oven at 700W for 2 - 3 minutes. After cooking, leave it for 20 extra seconds in the microwave and serve turning it to a plate or spoon it out directly from the mug.
