PROTEIN PANCAKES are great not just for the high content of quality protein but also because it is a gluten free product without any preservatives or colourants. The great quality of protein is provided by highly concentrated milk protein isolate (MPI) and whey protein concentrate (WPC). Directions of use
Mix 50 g into 100 ml water to make a smooth dough. Fry pancakes on both sides in a hot pan. Serve warm. A 50 g dose is suitable as a snack in the mornings or afternoons, recommended to consume as a snack in between meals (at least 60 minutes before or after). It may be used after physical activity.
