Directions of use
Sip before and during the physical activity. Dilution ratio for ISOtonic beverage is 1 tablet into 250 ml of water (osmolality is 275 - 305 mOsm / kg). Dilution ratio for HYPOtonic beverage is 1 tablet into 375 ml of water (osmolality is lower than 250 mOsm / kg). Once opened, store at the temperature that does not exceed 25 °C and use within 3 months.
