This product’s milk proteins are so-called complete proteins, because they provide the body with all the necessary types of amino acids, including the 9 amino acids the body cannot synthesize and must be supplied by the diet (i.e. Histidine, Isoleucine, Leucine, Lysine, Methionine, Phenylalanine, Threonine, Tryptophan, Valine). Extra L-Glutamine and Taurine plus the digestive enzymes Papain and Bromelain are added to the formula!
The calcium present in 100% Casein Complex contributes to normal muscle function, energy-yielding metabolism and neurotransmission. It is also needed for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.
Directions of use
Mix 1 serving (30 g - ¾ scoop) with 350 ml liquid per day. Shake vigorously! 100% Casein Complex can be ideal when meals are too far apart for some reason, or before going to bed. If you use pre- and intra-workout nutrition (protein or amino acids), it may be preferable to include Casein as the main post-workout protein.
