NOVO Nutrition was founded in 2016 by Andrew Coulson, a well-known figure in the field of fitness and health. Andrew noticed a gap in the market where until then there were no snacks that were healthy but also deliciously tasty. For this reason, the world's first protein chips were developed, followed by other members of the NOVO family, tasty protein bars, biscuits, cereals and many more.
