KSM-66 Ashwagandha® is a standardised extract of ashwagandha root. It is widely used in Ayurvedic medicine, an ancient Hindu medical tradition, as an adaptogen. Ashwagandha has a calming effect and increases resistance to physical and mental stress. It may also provide relief from PMS symptoms by regulating the (psycho)neuroendocrine system.
Shatavari is a plant traditionally used in Ayurveda, dedicated mainly to women, due to its attribution of various properties during the stages of life of a woman. Thanks to its active compounds, the plant has a strong effect on typically female problems.
BioPerine® added to the formula, is a key synergistic element that ensures effectiveness. It is a patented standardised extract derived from black pepper, containing no less than 95% piperine. A clinically proven enhancer of nutrient bioavailability.
