Nutrend BCAA Complex are essential branched chain amino acids (BCAA) enriched with L-carnosine, L-alanine and L-carnitine. BCAAs improve sports performance and accelerate recovery after challenging physical activities. They promote muscle growth and improve muscle protein synthesis. The added vitamin B1 contributes to energy metabolism and optimal heart function, vitamin B6 reduces fatigue and exhaustion.

Directions of use

Take 6 capsules before exercise. For less demanding activities, it is possible to divide the dose and use 3 capsules before exercise and 3 capsules after exercise.
