Amix Mr. Popper's Fitness Protein Pancakes is an instant blend for the preparation of tasty protein pancakes with high fiber content and fruit pieces. Pancakes are ideal for a quick breakfast or as a tasty dessert during the day. Fitness Protein Pancakes contain a high quality protein blend consisting of CFM whey isolate and whey concentrate, both of which contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. Mr. Popper's Fitness Protein Pancakes are enriched with super finely milled golden flaxseed BevGrad™ and MCT, making them a great source of fiber and healthy fats.

BevGrad™ XtraSmooth Flax is a super finely milled golden flaxseed that has been heat treated using out MicroSure™ Plus process to deliver the natural benefits of flax to sports beverages. It is easily incorporated into formulations without compromising on taste, providing fiber and long-chain carbohydrates.
CFM® - cross flow microfiltration system is a gentle process using state-of-the-art. This natural, low-heat process results in high levels of undenatured protein and yields a product with excellent taste and optimal nutritional qualities, which includes all major whey proteins as well as protein microfractions and bioactive peptides.
MCT - Medium Chain Triglycerides - has naturally occurring fatty acids Caprylic Acid (C8:0), Capr Acid (C6:0) and Capric Acid (C10:0).
Directions of use
- Blend 2 heaping scoops (60 g) (makes about 3 pancakes) of pancake mix and 150 ml of water together using a wire whisk. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Do not over mix!
- Pour 2 tablespoons of the batter per pancake onto prepared and preheated griddle.
- Bake pancakes 60 - 90 seconds per side or until golden brown, turning only once.
