10,000 IU BETA-CAROTENE (VITAMIN A)

VITAMIN C

Athletes need a demonstrably higher dose, but excessive intake has a negative effect on the body. As confirmed by recent studies, intake above 1000 mg daily may lead to impaired muscle endurance and inhibit muscle growth. Based on all the knowledge known so far, we have set the optimal dose so that you can use its benefits without negative effects.

VITAMIN E
Vitamin E has a decisive influence on regeneration after hard training and also plays an important role in the prevention of cardiovascular diseases. Our VITA SOLUTION contains vitamin E exclusively in the organic form of D-Alpha-Tocopherol. It is significantly better absorbed than synthetic forms called DL-Alpha-Tocopherols, which are also potentially carcinogenic.

VITAMIN K2 MK-7
Vitamin K in VITA SOLUTION can only be found in the biologically active form of vitamin K2-MK7. This form clearly offers the highest biological activity and bioavailability of all forms of vitamin K. It is absolutely essential for the function of enzymes that are involved in the fixation of calcium in bones. It is considered an important synergist of vitamin D and is involved in maintaining optimal testosterone levels.

CHROME PICOLINATE
An essential element for proper metabolic function and optimization of insulin function. Chromium needs to be supplemented especially with athletes, because training increases its losses and deficiency could negatively affect the growth of muscle mass and fat reduction.

COPPER
An important mineral for maintaining healthy bones, nerves and cardiovascular organs, as well as for immune function. It plays an important role in energy production, is a synergist of iron and thus promotes oxygen transport. Some research even suggests that it may increase growth hormone production.

Here it is appropriate to mention the relationship between zinc and copper. Too much copper and the current zinc deficiency are considered a risk factor for fatigue syndrome. That is why we recommend including zinc supplementation, but for optimal absorption, use zinc during part of the day other than VITA SOLUTION.

IODINE
