Prom-in Pentha Pro Complete is a tasty and creamy 5-component protein enriched with a carbohydrate complex, amino acids and vitamins. The protein component is the patented Pentha Pro®, which is the optimal combination of fast and slow digestible proteins. Proteins contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and the maintenance of healthy bones.
Pentha Pro Complete is characterized by a high-quality carbohydrate complex based on lyophilized sweet potatoes. They are rich in carbohydrates, antioxidants, minerals, flavonoids and also contain two very interesting ergogenic substances: chlorogenic acid and coffee acid. Sweet potatoes are complemented with faster-acting carbohydrates. The whole carbohydrate mix contains maltodextrin and a small amount of glucose as well. Carbohydrates contribute to the restoration of normal muscle function (contraction) after high intensity and/or prolonged physical exercise, resulting in muscle fatigue and depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle.
Pentha Pro Complete is enriched with MCT fats, a complete spectrum of vitamins and amino acids: leucine, glutamine and beta alanine, whose supplementation can increase muscle carnosine concentration in the long run. It also contains probiotic, prebiotic and enzyme mixture Opti-7-Digest (a complex of 7 types of digestive enzymes) with an increased proportion of lactase. The lactase enzyme improves lactose digestion in people who have difficulty digesting lactose.
